Yep, it will dovetail perfectly with his New Interiors mod, which goes forward to the torpedo room door and back to the engine room. Type VII only. Also, was the St...oh, never mind, you made that one.

Hi BBW,

i'm still modding SH3:rotfl2:. But in the last 3 or 4 month, i'm more playing SH3 than modding it. More playing it? Meens something is different with the good old game SH3. Like a cat got 8 lives - SH3 is, i think, at the 3rd or 4th level ;).

Yes, H.sie's sticky thread on this SH3 Mods forum is definitely the place to start. It is now possible to make some changes to the original hard code, which means that certain infuriating bugs, which could not otherwise have been fixed, now have been fixed.

For example, NO MORE INTERMINABLE FOGGY STORMS!!! Proper docking at U-tankers! Wolf-packs forthcoming!!! And much more besides already coded.

In addition, The Dark Wraith has made many valuable conversions from SH5 to SH3 (and SH4). You will probalby be personally interested in his 'Validator', which checks SH3 files for consistency, eg to ensure that campaign files have proper roster entries. This tool is extremely valuable. See here:

Those changes seem very useful in moving forward and removing some of the more annoying bits of SH3s coding
Will have to look more deeply into that

Validator looks very useful too
Had something along those lines made up for me a long time ago
