I have finally got GWX up and running and now I wonder why I didn't switch over sooner. my only real complaint is it's too quite in the sub, I miss the sound of the diesel engines and electric motors reverberating through out the boat like in the stock version. is there any way that I can bring those noises back into the subs interior?

I wasnt aware they were removed.

I usually run the game quiet enough so that I only hear important events. But tonight I played a quick scenario on the laptop with the headphones on. Noisiest damn sub I ever remembered.

I'd check and compare sound files to the originals, and maybe reinstall GWX incase something was misplaced.

I'd suggest trying this mod by brett25:

It was originally designed for use with FM New Interiors, but you can also use the sound file as a stand-alone mod to get the effect you're after. It's already JSGME ready, or you can simply navigate to your SH3\data\Sound folder, backup the original 'Submarine_diesel_exterior.wav' file, and copy the new one in.

Hope it helps and good hunting! :sunny:

Not that I'm aware of...

At the moment you'll probably have to do it manually, in which case please see the following threads for a discussion on how to do so:
