:hmmm: My son really loves some of the music associated with the Silent Hunter game, especially some within the TMO mod. He asked for me to record some on CD for him to listen to and I figured no problem. Anyway, I can find the files, but they are in .ogg format--fine for the game but not readily accessible by external music managers...

Anyway, can someone point me to the easiest way to allow me to import an .ogg file into a format commonly usable for recording CD, say like an .mp3 or other format easily imported in to iTunes (preferred) or windows media player (WMP). I realize the answer will probably involve finding an external program, and if there is a good free program for this I'd love to be pointed that way.

Thanks so much in advance for the help!! And my son will thank you too.

Audacity allows you to open and export many formats, including .ogg into other formats such as .mp3, .wmp .wav and .flac. Audacity is a free program and can be downoladed here: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/
