i cant get more the 20 fps

Turn the shadows slider down to nothing or a very low value in the game options
Change screen res of the game to lower value in the game options

have a check at your antilag and make sure it is not in a data folder.
Most mods installed with JSGME must have a data folder, but not antilag.

I have it in C:\Ubisoft\Silent Hunter 5

i was playing on 1280x1024 getting 22 fps
down to 1024 x 768 22 fps

I would try removing the computationally expensive mods and see what happens:

I have managed to get a massive boost on fps by:
NVidia-Driver Settings:
- Render ahead: 3
- AA: Leave to application
- AF: 8x
Game Settings:
- Shadows: off
- AA: Medium
- Everything else maxed
- Vertical Synch: off (loading time decreases extremly, don't know why)
Mods:
- AntiLag: No FPS limitation
- AntiLag: Render ahead: 3
I had 25-29 fps before... now I have 80+ constantly.
I have an NVidia GFX470, QuadCore, 4 GB Ram, SSD Disk.

with the ubove remored 34 fps ( so wot spet pc 2 run this, ?) i would have thought my little ps would have run this ok lol)

Will look at this agains but so fair still getting 22 fps
just loaded up modern warfare 2 and getting 124 to 60 fps at it low so
so it down to sh5 ?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have same video card but I am getting 60 fps. I do have a bit more processor but strange your only at 22frames. I remember once I had this problem. I think it was the antilag thing if I remember. I changed the frames in that to 30fps but it felt like it really bogged my pc down so I left it at 60. Think its back to default.

Another thing to try is turn particles down as low as possible/off in the in-game menu, as they're extremely system intensive (at least on my machine) :salute:

So with game reinstall now getting 34 with shadows on and 32 with shadows off

I have heard the human eye cannot really see much above 30 fps anyway, and my experience has been this. If my games stay at a steady rate, it is easier to deal with low fps than (like 20s or so) than it is to deal with fluctuating frame rates. At least for me that is the case.
I would more use the processing power to attain and maintain 30 fps, and have the rest of the power to pre render, or do some other computation.
