I remember now . ATm i am working on the special abilities again . Trying to simplify them . Deleting some silly ones . It is now morale based and not points based . I have done one similar in the past but didnt like it . For the ability can repair destroyed items to 100% i thought maybe only available while surfaced and surface speed is reduced by 90% . Lasts 6 hours . So its a last resort sort of thing , you cannot use it on a whim . Things such as OVERCHARGE DIESEL ENGINES will now be MAINTAIN DIESEL ENGINES . Will last 1 day and cost 1 morale point from the motor officer . Gives the engines a 10% increase in surface speed .
