Need mod help.

I've installed SH4 on my win7 comp and I can't get the mods to run properly. I think I have the wrong versions of the mods, so:

I have SH4, w/o the u-boat add-on., which TMO version do I use?
If I follow it correctly, the RSRD version must be the TMO version, not the other mod RFB version.

To my knowledge, v1.4 is highest version stock SH4 reached. v1.5 is SH4 with U-boat expansion. If accurate then you simply need to use mod "versions / variants" that explicitly state SH4 v1.4 compatibility. Ditto if running v1.5.

im pretty sure there is only versions for 1.5 now, even finding an old v1.4 TMO or RFB it has so many bugs that were since corrected it makes no sense not to upgrade to v1.5 to use all available mods and fixes

heck for $5 you can buy the full package gold version with 1.5 built in
