Assisted Plotting Mod????

Hi! Does anyone know if there is an equivalent mod for SH4 like 1.4B_Assisted_Plotting Mod of SH3?

Generally that mod, with Map Contacts Update enabled, it removed all contacts from maps and kept only sonar bearing lines when periscope down.

There was one, and I have a copy, but I could never get it to work on my computer. PM me with your email address and I'll send it to you. I don't want to put it up here at Subsim until someone makes it work to my satisfaction. If it works for you I'll put it up in the Downloads section.

Sorry for the late reply - been wasting my free time with GTR2 for the past while.

From my experience, Assisted plotting Mod 1.4 seems to work well in TMO 2.1 and WDAD - I suspect it'll work in other SH4 variants as well.

IIRC, I altered Data\Menu|\Cfg\Maps.cfg (specifically the SymbolZoom values for navigation_map and attack_map) in order to get the Compass Rose to display when I zoomed in on mt boat. I also deleted Data\Menu\Gui\Contline.tga and Data\Menu\Gui\Dashline.tga in order to restore sonar contact lines.

Were these the kind of problems you were having with your version of this mod?
