[REQ] Fogged periscopes

Here's a challenge for all modders. Can this be done?

This would be "cool" to have in game.

German periscopes had indeed special holes to suck (Saugen) the air and prevent moisture forming. The standing attack periscope even had an electric heating system for that :o

This would be "cool" to have in game.

Great for SH4 PTO, but for U-boats...The peris have those systems, no effective radar, no effective coded orders, but that system in the periscope, that is there! Deutschland über alles!!! (with all respect).

Yep Hitman is right on Germans periskop was state of the art technology even in 1939.
