capital ships?

It is December 1940. Other than dds, I have yet to see capital ships. Where the heck are they? When do they make an appearance. I am in a campaign and every other ship is a steam trawler.:hmmm:

Look around Iceland, I find em running between Greenland and northern England north of Iceland. There should be activity in Northern Russia as well. Watch the map for 'task force' messages.

Take a look in Scapa Flow and Liverpool.
