funnelpond is back and needs some help

Hi all been a couple years for me but i decided to give sh5 another try.I have just started with the mods and so far i only have the magnum opus mod installed and it is working but i downloaded the patch and havent a clue how to install it?Also i dont now what list of mods are included with the magnum opus mod ........can someone here plese help me.I dont want to install anymore mods until i know whats in this one.
