i do not understand your question.. you do not know how to start the mission or you can not find in you game the oficer?

if you did the tonnage war thingy, maybe ur in the wrong dock? the game didnt lett me know that my homeport was changed from Kiel to Wilhelmshaven.

when u dock at kiel the captian gets transferred to U127 and u get command of U27, the problem im having is i dont know what to do next, i see a speach bubble above somemen on top of the conning tower but i cant speak to them
