I have the following issue which seems to be quite strange... First of all, my list of mods:

I have good FPS as long as I am not underwater and not near the coast. If I am and I move the camera under water and the sea floor is visible, frames drop to around 10 (which is quite annoying).
I think that this might be related to the many sunrays under water and maybe the caustics. If the water is more deep (ground not visible) the problem is gone.

Any ideas?
EDIT: Seems to be connected to the sunrays going through the water surface. If I underwater look away from them, FPS recovers...
