View Full Version : Question about Seeadler's d3d9 widescreen fix

I had been using Kegetys' d3d9 fix and the sun halo showed up in any resolution without a problem. But since I started using Seeadler's d3d9 widescreen fix (that comes with MaGui Widescreen) the sun halo won't show up unless I turn AA off (Shift+PgDown/PgUp). Everything else works fine, there are no stretching or misalignment. My card is a Nvidia 9500GT and it's configured as per Rubini's SH3 tweak instructions which worked fine before I switched to widescreen.

So is the d3d9 widescreen fix not allowing the sun halo to show for some reason? Is there any way to fix that but still keeping AA on? I've searched the forum and tried many suggestions, different GUIs, environments and also messing with Nvidia settings(AA/AF/compatibility bits, etc) but to no avail.

I hope maybe somebody ran into the same problem and found a solution or maybe Seeadler could shed some light on this. :)
