Anyone? I allready tried the cfg file for the Viib but that doesnt help the sub to ride to low so i need to do this in the Goblin editor. But my god i cannot find the file that changes this.

Merge the sim file with gr2 sub file
unit_submarine@NSS_Uboat7b

Yes i see the value,s but which one should i change?
the objects mass? (784)
Gc height ? (1.6)
Fr ratio (0.5006)
when i click the objects mass it says "The object's mass [Tons]. If 0, then the object's surfaced displacement is taken"
Not sure what they mean by that.

Changing GC height to 1 doesnt do it either. I,m absolutly puzzeled. There is nothing that clearly indicates the draft hight.

Is it in the CFG file , surface depth .

Allready tried that one. Thats why Dark said i should try the goblin editor. For some strange reason changing the CFG file doesnt change anything.

maybe you have to load that cfg file in goblin and change it in there.

Change the draught.
It's 4.something or other now.
Lower it to 3.something or other.

In the .sim file is a setting for draught.
draught is the depth a Unit is set at.
For Player Subs, there is no setting in the cfg file as I recall.

The names of things can confuse new modders at times.
Now, if you wanted to change the draught of the Ships?
You can change the DRAFT in the cfg file.
However, in earlier versions of SH, the DRAUGHT was not set in the sim file.
It was always zero with no mass settings and such.
This was found to be the cause of alot of weirdness to ships actions.
Most Major mods adjusted the sims for every ship to solve oddball issues.
Also note that changeing the draught MAY cause visual issues with wakes and such!
Then those also may need adjusted.

I havent seen any inconsistensies in regards to wake , but when i do ill sure try to fix it. And now that i,m a bit falmiliar with the goblin editor i might be sucked into modding anyway.
