Help with finding download links

Hey,so I'm new to the game (yeah I know..)I decided to get it thanks to Let's play I saw on Youtube and I started downloading all the mods he used but couldn't find some so I started playing without them but many of the features I liked were from the OLC 'Gold" MkII mod
can someone post a link? I can't find one

OLC is by modder OneLifeCrisis so scroll down and look for the directory of that name to access the OLC mods archive.

got another question- is there a way to disable the crew fatigue?

The simplest way is to install and use SH3 Commander, a stand-alone program for managing your career and various game settings (some of which are not easily available otherwise).

Commander lets you choose from a variety of fatigue models, including "no fatigue" which eliminates the issue entirely. :up:

There's a stickied thread at the top of this forum about it, and it may be available at that same mods archive under JSCONES or JAESEN JONES (not sure how he's listed there). Also available, I'm pretty sure, from the Downloads section here.

You don't mention whether or not you are using the GWX3 supermod but if so you will also need the config files for SH3 Commander + GWX3.

Try MaGUI Final Version. Better than OLC Gold...(I think)

I got small(or big) issue with one of the mods,it turned some of the game to german!I don't mind with most of that but in the crew menu the positions are in german how am I suppose to read that?
do you know what mod does that?
btw,I played the vanilla and there were no problems
