The mod you are looking for is this one : Seafloor_SF_V3_Final it is by Vikinger but right now i cannot access Maiks archives page so if it still down later i will upload it to my mediafire account for ya:up:

Did you look at Subsim's Download page? Vikinger put it up here almost two years ago.

sweet thanks guys. i did look in graphics mod and didn't see it. wierd. thats why i posted this cuz ive seen the mod before on a couple of peoples signatures mods list. thanks....:salute:
