question about hydrophone

Hello, I have installed OM and OMEGU, with my VIIB at the end of the year 1940 didn't get the upgrade from GHG to KDB yet. Is there a problem? I remember that the KDB was available from the first months of the year 1940.
Please help. Thanks.

From the OM docs - upgrade schedule:
Hydrophones

KDB - 1942-01-01 ( Type VIIC, VIIC41, IXC, IXC40, IXD2 )
Barlkon Gerat - 1944-11-16 ( Type VIIC41)I would venture to guess the B boats don't get the upgrade..
