How can I get back adding skill points to my crew without having to remove any mods, what mod do i need to edit to get it back.. The skills points available is always at 0 or 1. Im not using the no magic skills mod so what is making the points so low?

No damn Bubbles, no damn Halo mod

Do you mean if you use silentotto to start in any campaign you get no skill points ?

:damn: ahh. Yes I used Silentotto to jump to 1943, is that the reason for no skill points. :dead:

So if i start a new campaign from the begining without using silentotto I should have the normal skill points for crew when playing. No other mods im using will affect this?

A little hint , i start a new campaign from the beginning with ubi syncronised saves turned on . You finish the tutorial and ubi syncs the reached kiel base save . I then exit out and restart and make sure the in port save is there . Then i exit out and turn the stupid sync saves off . If ever i reinstall and dont want to do the whole damn tutorial again i dont have to . I just turn on sync saves , load up at base after the tutorial , exit and turn sync off . Hope that makes sense .

[EDIT:] Opps you are talking about crew ability points, the below is for renown points.

There is a way to remove/alter the cost of any upgrades so if you use Silentotto you can still equip your boat.

under Data\UPCDataGE\UPCUnitsData open UpgradePacks.upc with notepad

Example:

[UpgradePack 1]
ID= UpackUb7FUMO29Radar
NameDisplayable=UpackIXFUMO29Radar-Name
Info=UpackIXFUMO29Radar-Info
Notes=UpackIXFUMO29Radar-Notes
FunctionalType= UpFTypeSensorRadar
UpgradePackSlotType= UboatType7Radar
ImageIndex=14
Type=NULL
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptionCurrent= NULL, NULL, 0
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptions1=1942-02-01, 1942-06-01, 2000
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptions2=1942-06-01, 1942-08-01, 1000
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptions3=1942-08-01, 1942-10-01, 900
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptions4=1942-10-01, 1943-02-01, 800
UnitUpgradePackIntervalOptions5=1943-02-01, NULL, 300
IDLinkUpgradePackElements= EqpFumo29RadarApp, NULL, EqpFuMO29
TrackingID=601

The red numbers are the renown costs. Change to suit your tastes.

I´ve adjust me the cost for ALL upgrades to "0", because no "Kaleun" in Reallife must pay for better equipment.....:03:

Best regards,
Magic
