I am wondering what is the best setting for main.cfg
I was reading the sobbers main.cfg and i copied. For me it is working fine until now.
What do you think guys? What is the best main.cfg setting?

you don't want to keep TDW Mines enabled. It was only for preview and will cause problems with other mods.

Hi,

1)The positions 2,3,4 are overrited by position 39. So if you want to have them install after position 39

2)The position 46 it is already included in 06_Magnum_Opus_v0_0_1
so you do not need (when you are in nav map click the small blue icon from the top right corner - you will have the the ploter)

3) The position 42 is in conflict with 6 and 49 (in fact al three of them are in conflict - download my patch from here and replace the position 42:

This mod, as you already know, it is not fixed completly yet.

4) You use some mods that i never heard of them or tested - if you have time i want to tell med waht is doing very mod that i do not know

5) you are missing some cool mods (in my opinion)

6) I think the best way is that i will make a list and we will try to make a cool colection for both of us

7) I have changed the main.cfg like SOBER did and i like more now this way to play with time compresion

Yes, I know ! If I don´t like # 39 I simple disable it and then I´ve # 2-4 back ! Otherwise it´s so okay !

Aaah, okay ! But are you really sure ? Is the 1000m plotter in MO included ?

But one Question: Why do not install "MagnusOpus", but MOD-for-MOD separate ? When you install MO, you have in one MOD "all inclusive" ! :hmmm:

I have the impression that if i install myself the mods i have more liberty to add new ones (my hoby to test new mods:haha:) and small chance to have CTDs. I do not know if is true or not.

By the way:

1) you do not need position 16_NewUIs_TDC_6_3_0_No_Hydrophone_On_Surface_No_Ai rcraft_Spotting and position 43_Conus' Graphic Mod 1.0 - both are already in MO

2) did you changed the MO dificulty before you enabled (he is 100% by default - if not,you will have a lot of trouble to excape from DDs dept charges):D

- In MO not ALL Files from "Conus' Graphic Mod 1.0" included, I´ve activated the missing ones !

Sure, I can enable the "red" MODs with JSGME, because I´ve created me for myself, before I enabled, the right JSGME-ready Folder Structure (in MODS Folder a new Folder with Name of the MOD, then in this Folder a Folder called "data", and so on.....) :know: ...or I don´t understand this.....?

- Stormys DBSM SH5 v1.2 MFCM Basemod

yes has a conflict with MO (actualy with TDW FIX) - you must install after this mod that one: Wasserbomben_SoundFix_1.1_by_Rongel_+_Stormys_DBSM 1.2_+ RDA1.04_+_TDWFXUpdate011_compatible and you will have no conflicts:

I think everything it is ok - just one thing:
why you use this one: 57_1000_Meter_Bearing_Plotter_byTheBeasts1.0?

If you install this one you will have the bearin ploter all the time when you are in nav map or TAI - i not like that - i need him only when i need - so i make him apear and desapear by a click of a mouse - it is in MO. I am using that ploter even if i not have enabled 1000_Meter_Bearing_Plotter_byTheBeasts1.0

The diference betwen us is that your it is stuck all the time and i can chose if and when i want to use the bearing ploter:D

From 1939 to the End of 1940 I use only G7A Torpedoes, because I can adjust the speed (30kn / 40kn / 45kn) and there are very reliably ! The G7E Torpedos have many faults (this was true, I play this as in Reallife).

Yes i saw that - but i read somwere that TDW made changes in his TDW FIX to have the same results with ones from External Torp Reload Time - wamphyri mod. :hmmm:
You are right - i am not sure if is good or not to enable. I will ask TDW about this mod.:06:

No need to install this mod. TDW already changed the time needed for ext torp to be reloaded in his FIX. So we are good to go just with MO.
