Mod to switch from English to GERman?

Hello..can anyone point me to a mod which will switch from English dialogue (speaking) to German without uninstallng and reinstalling the game? A forum member told me here there was such a think..but the link he posted seems to be incorrect or dead..thanks much.:up:

Just reinstall , you wont lose save games . As long as you press no , do you want to delete saves . Deactivate the mods with JSGME first .

The link is not dead just suffering unknown/server problems

reinstall/downloading a mod for this is unneccary, since all the files are SOMEWHERE (i forget) in your game folder already. anyone know what im talking about? wish i could be more help.

Yes, but Venatore's mod (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1465509&postcount=23) is not really a mod in that it's adding something new. It is what you're talking about in that is does this task for you. So you don't have to know what file are SOMEWHERE.
