Super Large Convoy

Hello i was returning to my base after my mission complete, playing with Ohio and already sunken 200.000 ton+, now my sub is heading directly toward a super large convoy(I checked it with external camera), it doesnt show up in radar, and when i closing to them my game suddenly error and when i try to load it, the same thing happen. What should i do?????:wah:

Impressive haul on your first trip.

Personally, I would ratchet down the realism settings several notches after this trip .... or maybe the next one. Admittedly, huge numbers are fun though.
