hey i'm trying to make a mod that adjust the skills of the officers, but i can't seem to find the correct file to edit, can someone point me in the right direction?
so far i've found the config file with the file names that say "activate this" but i want to actually edit a little bit of what the skill does i.e. editing the "repair damage systems so it'll repair them even when at 0%, things like that, but i can't find the actual file with the skills for editing :(
