Need help with rec manual and ui-boat 2.2

When I lock onto a target and open the rec manual I can only browse through American Warships no matter what kind of ship I lock onto. This is making the game unplayable for me since I use manual targeting and don't have the necessary target information available to make a solution. Also Identify Target order does not work-is this normal? My mod list follows: Note-using patch 1.1, not 1.2, but have adjusted files in the environment mod as instructed to make compatible.

I use my own UI so can't be of much help. I think Reaper7 abandoned this mod.

oh I didn't realize it was abandoned-thanks for the heads up. Maybe that explains the non working rec manual in my game. Are there any other UI's that include TDC panels with AOB wheel tool in the periscope? That was really the main reason I was using his mod-to get those things-does your UI have those tools for manual TDC?
