Cannot End Patrol in OM

I searched for other similar posts and tried the suggestions. I have even sailed to all four ports in the Pacific theater and still cannot find an option to end my patrol. I checked my player settings and it shows Djakarta as my home port, however, it is blued out when entering the range to end the patrol. Also, noticed all of my ports have vertical anchors and none that are canted to display as my home port. Suggestions?

Well, I uninstalled and reinstalled the original game, the 1.4 patch and Uboat missions and it seems to have fixed the problem.....now onto my other posting.
