Mod Request

This is something which I ran into while playing Sub Command a while back. It was possible for periscopes to flood if raised when the sub was too deep. Has anyone thought of attempting to model this for SH3? (Periscope Flooding)

hhhhmmmm very intresting. I have not seen a mod like that though I am no expert here for knowing every mod.
