Adjusting Torpedo Speed

How do you adjust torpedo speed? I want to increase the speed on a homing torpedo to see if it will seek out and hit another torpedo.

Here you can find all torpedo data:

.../data/Library/Torpedo.sim

But can anybody point me where to set detonators to incrase dud chance?
