Crew Management !! Some time ago I downloaded and printed a very interesting readme on "Crew management"....and lost it in all my paperwork....A few days ago I came acroos it atlast...but unfortunately I cannot find tro wwhich mod or if it is part of a mod...cause the author did not sign the read :hmmm:
Does it ring a bell to any one of you?
the read me is divided in several paragraph:
Purpose
Discussion:
Definitions
*Efficiency
*morale
Health
in total 2 pages + an Addendum of 2 pages!

I would most gratefull for any information§

I finally found where it comes from thought I still do not know the author and that is a real shame!!
This is to do with "Not Your Grand Mother" mod....I have found the small sentence in the middle of the text which I had jumpesd....:damn:
and it say: I quote / The goal of the "Not you grandmothers crew management mod" is to maximize the efficient operation of the uboat compartments......../
Sorry for my clumsiness :wah:
If any one of you is familiar with the NYGM mod....may be I could get some info about the author....
