Hi, I spend few days on forum looking for good real navigation. Can anybody help me to point me a most accurate and widly used RealNav mod?

Please describe what you mean with "Real Navigation"! Celestial navigation by the 'stars'? Or just dead-reckoning?

Try this..this is a real as it gets considering the limitations of SH3.
