Is there mod that lets you start at sea rather than sailing from port everytime?

Generally it is easier to name those that require the start of a new campaign, such as modes of U-boat Historical Specifications 1.4 or, IMHO, NewUIs_TDC_4_8_0_ByTheDarkWraith. Most can be installed everytime.

I cant get NewUIs_TDC_4_8_0_ByTheDarkWraith to work correctly for me. Myself and TheDarkWraith spent hours trying to make it work earlier this week
