What's wrong with the mod's, can't DL

Been happening several times. I'll try to load and get the message
"slow down, you're trying too fast, wait so many seconds.}

But I havn't loaded a mod there in 3 days. Doesn't matter how long you wait just get the same message, seconds differ no matter how long you wait.

If it's on Mediafire, then I've heard they had a virus issue?
Otherwise try delete cookie(s) from the site you're trying to d/l from.

Which mod, from which site, will avoid getting the same one you are having trouble with.
