I'm running TMO+RSRDC Campaign

I had a crew member killed by an air attack...I saved the game

When I loaded my game again, I found my crew member resurrected

Is there any mod that fixes this bug?

Not that I'm aware of. You could put them in Hogans alley and not use them and dish them when you get to port. Thus you have found the two remaining bugs in the game......
