I have seen a lot of threads saying how a deck gun on a XXI is silly and useless in the era you get it in and blah blah blah...

But I have seen some modders having fun with mods that are just for fun and I would like to have a gun on a XXI as I tend to use it in 1939...cause I can! But I am limited to only torpedos, when lone merchs could just go down without useing up my fish.

I was thinking though, could one of the AA spots be converted to a deck gun spot and simply make it in a turret to make it look good?

Also, just to be more demanding for anyone who may attempt this, could it be made to work in WAC 4.1?

Arch :har: Good Luck my shipmate. I think most if not all modders are working on SH5 and don't waste time on fantasy SH3 Mods. Sorry.

But if you take the time to learn how to do it who knows, how many will download it.

Arch, have a look up in the downloads section. Pretty sure you will find something there pretty close to what you are looking for. :03:

The autocannon mod is ok, but no what I am looking for and I can't read the 2nd one, but it is for sh5? It is closer to what I am looking for, but I was thinking of a flatter turret...

As to doing it myself, I haven't a clue where to start. Anyone can tell me how to make the aft flat positon a deck gun position?

itīs not in the game but for a XXI this weapon fits very well if you can place a launcher in the tower
