Don't know if this is possible but I think in Das Boot when they were attacked the lights went out when the electricals got hit. Also there was smoke filling up the insides and flashlights were used. Would be really cool if that could be modded.:DL

The lights are a major issue for me (internal lights in the U-boat). The ceiling lights miss the deep glow as what Diving Duck of SHIII created, in Das Boot they switch red to blue to white light throughout the movie. Not event the panel box beside the ladders has lights and in Das Boot that box had red glowing lights twinkling away nice and beautifully.
I remember when the Kapitänleutnant (old man)in Das Boots said "reduce all unnecessary lights" yet again we can't even do that to conserve power :damn:

Trust me.........if it can be modded in SHIII..........it can be modded in SHV......Diving Duck is the author of those pictures and mod. Here is is web site.

As soon as we have the tools to edit GR2s all sorts of stuff will be possible, including modded lights. Turning them off to conserve power, however, will not be moddable. As far as I know, battery drain is zero when stationary.
