Hydrophone operating depth

How do I change the hydrophone operating depth?

Currently, if I am to periscope depth at the hydrophone did not listen any contact, even though very noisy.

If I dive below 20 meters I hear clearly all contact.

hello same issue here.
if i raise my periscope up i can see the target but no help from hydrophone guy.
currently i am on 2nd mission
(british coastal waters) and my hydrophone guy's skills are not max out yet.is that why?any help pls?

i spent a lot of time submerged(at periscope depth) and a good hydrophone is vital for me. :)

No joy either :06: on U-657, I see the damn enemy & yet Mr deaf dude sitting on the hydrophones is just picking his nose ...... not helping me one bit, I'm going to bash him with a sack of spuds when he goes to sleep :hulk:

i got the same problem, at the dept of 20 meters all contacts where reported but ant periscope dept there are only the contacts of warships...

did anyone fix this annoying problem ???

I have all the great catches, and heard on 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 meters, and features the line, and I myself go down the sonar itself bigger and hear more than a moron, mods are such.
P.S. which is good to hear the sound I add, in the headphones.

My sonarguy isnt reporting either.
Sometimes he just turns around but wont say anything. If he says something, then it's crumpled, half german, half english with very senseless direction messages :down:
