All abilities are a maximum of 10% but it might just give you the edge .
sobers The Edge morale mod V20 .

Install via JSGME (mod enabler) .
Install only when starting a new career .

I recommend more crew commands by dialogue mod .

I also recommend disabling the Officers and Orders Bars except the sonar and radar guy if using TDW UI mod .

You dont need any points to enable the first special meal ability . So if you are starting a career without points such as using the silentotto cheat you can enable
special meals right away .
[If you have started a campaign with version 0 or above and want to use the latest version you can uninstall the old one and install the new one via JSGME anytime either on patrol on in port . But you must have already had a previous version installed]

The folder you have to enable is in a folder called MODS .

Line 9 , if i change that to 0 would it disable the ability to repair no matter what . I guess that is what the ability does ?

Not sure. I would not think that it would disable repairing completely. It would be pretty easy to test though. Just start a mission, ram the sub into something, and see if things still get repaired.
