No Magic Skills

I was wondering why I can't increase skills at all now even though I have enough points to do so. It seemed to have stopped at a level in my third campaign.:damn:

Honestly I do not use this mod anymore as, my campaign will not load if I disable this mod, I just use morale mod now and only upgrade the realistic skills.

Might as well do that also. But I get a CTD when on patrol when I removed it. So, I'll wait until I get back to port.

I couldn't load a game whether I disabled it in port or on patrol. Game doesn't like it :-?
