I was wondering if it would be possible for the people that show a list of their mods,to put a link to their mods,as some of them do.I'm having a terrible time locating some of the mods, and I was hoping I might get some help.I try to use the mods that many of the knowledgeable skippers use,but I usually can't find them all.I tried sobers,as he seems to have a good grip on the mod scene, but I can't find all of the mods.My strategy was to use the shortest list possible, but even the short list are fairly long.
I haven't fired up SH V yet,as it is just patched, and waiting to install the mods.I have been modding SH III,and SH IV for years, but I feel like a rookie with SH V!I will be glad when some one can put together a larger, combined mod,to shorten the mod soup list.
Thanks for any help in advance.

I have managed to find most of the mods, and in so doing I have been educated a wee bit about SH V.W/O the modders this game wouldn't be playable. That being said,if you have to run 50 mods to get this game right, one is going to run into CTD's,and problems.I'm trying to find a way to use as few as possible to alleviate that scenario.First I will try the vanilla version, and then add mods to try and make the game more fun.My hats off to the modders, and like the guy said,Ubisoft should have you guys on the payroll! To release a product in such a state is simply pathetic. One patch and cya!sigh!

I understand your points. I think it would be easier for you to post a request for a specific mod that you are looking for.

You don't need to have every mod loaded. There can be some fun in going out each patrol from base with a new set. New things to look for and use.

After a time, you will get a suite that you like best. Nobody can do that for you.

This version of the game is far better than the previous two for accepting mods without crashing. Remember that the last mod you load is the winner when it comes to overwriting files. Use Jonesoft mod enabler JSGME !
