KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man is behind bars for committing "lewd acts" with a mannequin in a public park Sunday morning.
According to the Kanawha County Sheriff's Department, 61-year-old Eddie M. Campbell from Belle was caught at Booker T. Washington Memorial Park in Malden with his shirt off and his pants around his ankles.

I find it more shocking that there is a Booker T. Washington Memorial Park in Red Neck country... :hmmm:

West Va. is a rather eclectic community all over the map from survivialist to ghetto fab and a few in between.
Check out the guys picture.. he looks like a Keebler Elf or something. :haha:
hehe, 'there's nowt so queer as folk' as my grandfather used to say.
On a similar note, I was travelling to a friends house recently, and by the side of the duel-carriageway, in one of those drainage overflow things with shrubs and small trees surrounding it, there was a bloke stood there, bollock naked, facing the road, having a tommy-tank... :o Still it's only about a five minute walk from the grange psychiatric ward of the general hospital, so I guess one of the crazies had escaped lol

Well, the mannequin was a cheap date. She did not say a darn thing all night but was agreeable to any of his wishes. Nothing wrong with that.
Once he is released there will be a shotgun wedding at the local court building.

Why? I don't think she's "in the family way". Did her father object?

Every wedding in that county is a shotgun wedding no matter the circumstances. It's tradition. :03:

Maybe he "liberated" her from the Maternity department.

Wasn't there a film about a mannequin which comes to life and is the object of a young man's desire?
Life imitating fiction, is nothing new. Watch the sky and see the ISS.
I think he should be allowed to marry the mannequin.

He's lucky he chose a mannequin.
There's a young man in Bali who chose a cow . . . . . caught and forced to marry the cow.

Phhh, children! :nope:
There was a Third Doctor story arc back in 1970-something with the same thing. The Doctor had to destroy the giant squid-thingy that made it happen.

When you have been on the air for 40 years you tend to recycle plots. Just look at Star Trek. :O:

Oh, I know, and I have no problem with it. I was just poking fun at the folks who bring up the new episodes and don't know about the originals. :D

Not one of hollywood's finest moments: Mannequin (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0093493/) Starring Andrew McCarthy and Kim Cattrall of Sexx and the City fame.

I think that is great. Now the government can collect taxes from him and his spouse. More money for the government.
I don't know if China has the "marriage penalty" in their tax code. :06:
