Can you still see the ship's wakes through passing waves?

I thought I saw, a while back, a mod that will remove ship wakes from inside of a passing wave? I didnt bother to get it because i didnt know that i needed it, at the time.

I am noticing that when viewing a ship in either OBS or ATK periscope, and a wave washes over the viewing glass, the wakes of the ships remain.

Do you have this anomoly too?

Just wondering if there existed a mod that corrects it?

If you look hard enough , it looks like the top of the water \ wakes is quite a distance from the main water rendering and there is no color to it . The only mod atm is the no ship wakes mod . I am sure the problem lies in the shaders folder but that is for someone who knows what they are doing .
