There are several Tower Emblem Packs available here at Subsim. Search SH3/SH4/SH5 downloads. I am certain you will find them.

Yup, was my first idea....but didn´t find them there

If you have an image editing program (GIMP, Photoshop etc) you could always download the flags from the Battleflags Gallery
http://battleflags.net/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=19

and get the emblems from the flags.
