Minor issue...question. I had thought that the torp doors opening / closing sounds was working at one point, but not now v3.06. Is this true?

I didn't add them in. I think StormFly's sound mod added them though.

Is their by chance an idiots guide for this. i have a problem in getting it to work, and am obviously doing something wrong.

what are you having problems with? The current version is now 3.1.0. Have you upgraded to that version?

Have you checked here (http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showpost.php?p=1332689&postcount=5)? There's a video for installation and one showing how many of the features work.
