[REQ] Rig for red light on tactical map at night.

I remember in sh-3 when the boat was rigged for red the map also turned into a redish light. This should be in sh-5 as well since the tactical map really stands out like sore thumb when at night on the conning tower on external view and its just irritating.

I had that done in my Mod untill I relaised you can't interact with the map underneath the Red Nightmask. Only option is to change the map background colour but the Icons will not be affected :nope:.
