Animated Sub Pens for SHIV?

I wondered if anyone has converted the animated sub pens from the great SH III mod for SHIV...i thought i saw a mention of them being included in Operaton Monsun but was not sure and thought i would ask...

also wonderred if any of the 3D interior expansonis have been finsihed for IV also...
