Radio messages ?

Radio messages ? Where is the radio messages folder in the data files and is there a mod to add more messages ? Are there any SH3 radio mods that work with SH5 ?

I think Sober meant the messages.txt file that had time based text messages sent to your boat.

I was sure it was in there somewhere but I can't find it now so I must have been mistaken.

And I don't know about the SH3 radio mods, but all the SH4 radio mods I have work fine in SH5 thank god.

yep, a good radio enviroment (text messages of course :O:) like for example Living Silent Hunter for SH3 have, would help much for a better campaign immersion in SH5... its realy needed ! :yeah:

I agree. not enough radio messaged. At least in sh-3 (dont remember if it was in stock) you would get a radio message when the war against englands breaks out and tells you what country enters the war. Hey in sh-5 i dont even get a be more agressive message when i send in a contact report! Funny thing is in ALL the silent hunter series there is almost no radio messages and they alway had to be moded it.

I think this stuff might have been moved into the campaign projects themselves rather than being a separate file anymore.
