31-05-2010 - abyssal depths : ClimateZones mod 1.1 for SH5 1.2

Effect of change in color of the water was approaching odds added.A first version of a new card compatible ClimateZone SH5 1.2.
It adds 5 new climatic zones and has the original advantage of accuracy and realism of areas. (Note this does not add downloads of additional flora, only a better allocation of areas.)

This looks great, however, you are removing the zone changes, as you approach land. At least some I know, wanted to keep that effect.

in my opinion the zoning is approaching odds're not really interesting because it also changes the environment of the flora of soil and climatic origin of unrealistic way. It is possible that I am wrong.:03:

I am about even trying to find a solution to add the effect of depth of the oceans on the color of water approaching odds, without affecting the environment. To be continued.

Interesting, if you go to the Environmental mod thread, I have posted my fix for the climatezones.tga. If you want, you are welcome to use it as a base for something better, or maybe you could merge it with yours. I think there is a merging program for images. Either way, good luck.:salute:

That fix did away entirely with the 40 and 60 value seas in the north? :hmmm:

I know, I was in such a hurry to get a fix to everyone that I did not realize it until after I posted the link. By then, I did not want to take the time to fix it right away. Anyway, my second version has them back, and even more coastal zones than W_clear's original. Sorry for the mess up.

I edited this for clarity.
