Question for the original GWX team

Who should I ask for permission to modify and use file(s)?
I created pull-down Flaggen file to be used with either reaper7's or TheDarkWraith's MODs.
It is based on the original GWX file and I would like to ask for permission to release it.

Tennessee is really pretty (along with Kentucky) but still too cold in wintertime for me. If I never see a snowflake for the rest of my life and the only ice is gonna be the one in my glass of Jack Daniels I'm happy camper. :D

Plus I still travel there to do jobs now and again.

The part of Southern Tennessee I love is
the Raccoon Valley area.
Not bad in the winter there I'm told.

What I see is one TIII (or make it two, they have magnetic fuse problems), with 5 degree spread, about two meters under the keel and 'whoooo!' easy 220K tons! :haha::haha::haha:
You can tell I've been playing sub simulators for way too long... :D

On a serious note, the picture reminds me that I am long overdue for vacation. I would love to go on cruise when I settle down in Tampa. Most of them sail from Miami, maybe we could grab a beer?

Ok, normally I am very polite and patient with people like you or consider it below me to answer half-hidden insults but let me see if you can understand this:
My file is BASED on the original GWX file NOT identical to it.
1. The background "paper" texture is completely mine
2. The "leather cover" texture, again all mine
3. Flags' graphics..., guess what, all mine from scratch
4. All texts, retyped and re-set by... ME
So, overall, I used the IDEA, the little "Flaggen" tag and the alpha-channel.

Also understand this: you just cost me about 5 minutes of my life (I could use some different way, like more modding for example) just to react to your dumb remarks.
Do me a favor: if you have nothing constructive to say or suggest some improvements, STAY, THE HELL, OUT OF MY THREAD!!!
