Hi chaps,

The question is in the title :)

could it be used with "Is_Deckgun_camera_station_Active" if this is only true when the deck gun can be manned eg not in high winds?!.

If not any other ideas most apprecied.

Thanks in advance.

Best Regards

I'm confused about this thread and the other you opened, I don't understand the question . May be it would be easier if you explain what effect you want to achieve? :hmmm:

Sorry about any confusion mate,

What I'd like to achieve is the changing the visibility of objects dependant on the weather state eg. visible in low winds, not visible in high winds/storms.

Hitman, i think he wants to bind a game action to weather state. The most obvious in game action, as an example would be the donning of rain gear when a rain condition exits, or the inability to crew the deck guns at high seas.

its a good idea to try to utilize this function, I do know that Jimbuna has an all weather deck gun mod which eliminates the weather condition for the deck gun, that could reveal something?

Hes got something good up his sleeve....hmmm..wonder what could be on the Turm that's dependent on storms.....:hmmm:

Ah now I understand you. Yeah, that's a question for Privateer, Jimbuna or someone more familiar with the models ... sorry can't help :88)

UBoatState is defined in the Sh3.exe
So you can not add a new UBoatState.
You can create a new StateMachine Controller.
Or tie a wanted effect to an existing StateMachine.
