[QUE] en_menu.txt commands

Does anyone know why there's three messages in en_menu.txt for confirmation of sinking ship?

4140=She's going down.
4141=She's going down.
4142=She's going down.

I have been thinking about this lil' mod replacing the original messages with
4140=Message intercepted, Herr Kaleun: "SSS... SSS... ATTACKED BY SUBMARINE... HEAVY DAMAGE... SINKING..."
4141=Message intercepted, Herr Kaleun: "SSS... ATTACKED BY U-BOAT... HEAVY FLOODING... SIN---..."
4142=Message intercepted, Herr Kaleun: "SSS... ATTACKED BY GERMAN SUBMARINE... SINKING..."

The 'She's going down.' is kinda dull and boring, but I can't seem to get any other response than 4140.

Why is there three of them?

Conus, I don't have the answer, but would like to express my strong interest in such a modification. My only concern would be the affect this might have on being given credit for the sinking, since once the "She's going down" message comes, you have a confimed sinking. Perhaps your testing of the mod might provide the answers. Cheers EmeAzul

Oh, I'm testing it and it works just fine as far as being credited for the tonnage, but I'm kinda back on square one. I'm getting message (albeit "dressed up one :D) but it is still the only one... :damn:

4140=Enemy Unit Destroyed
4141=Friendly Unit Destroyed
4142=Neutral Unit Destroyed

That explains a lot! No wonder that I have not received the other two. I make a habit of not sinking friendly ships (:D) and haven't sunk any neutrals (yet).
