Hi All,
I came across a mod some time ago called 'TBT Night Attack Filter', and a couple of others that look similar. They are for SH4. They add color filters/overlays to periscopes and other optics to enhance visibility at night, and I am wondering if there is a way I can do that with my local install of SH3. :06:
The nights are too dark in the game for my eyes - I can't make anything out at all. I realize that this would be a realism spoiler to some, but my peepers just aren't happy with the current arrangement. Screen brightness/contrast adjustments haven't helped a whole lot, either.
I tried adding a semi-transparent colored layer to \data\Menu\Gui\Binocular.tga thinking that would do the trick, but it had absolutely no effect.
Can it be done, and where should I start?
