After the discovery of enemy in close range a convoy begins to zigzag and scatter, escort ships begin a counterattack. After hunting AI returns to the convoy...

I think that the convoy must again be organized as to be better defended in the event of another attack.

It was a organized convoy (3x4) and was defended by 3 warships. Only 3 merchants were sunk. After my attack convoy's group is still scattered and unorganised.

Any ideas for AI convoy re-organisation?

How long after was that? Hours? I've seen convoy's rearrange, but you need to give them time to do that, possibly even not until their next waypoint.

I haven't really seen enough convoys that I didn't either completely destroy or leave behind since I was out of ammo to be able to tell how exactly they reform if they do.
